These are some of the BEST Beatles related videos I found on YouTube! Enjoy!
I'm Down at Shea Stadium
One of my favorite Macca songs! This is also one of my personal favorites.
George and John seem to be having "fun". If you watch the anthology, they explain how they were unsually together. John keeps
on missing his cues and plays with his elbows which sound AWESOME! And George cracks up and is all over the place. Read The
Anthology for further reference if you do not know why George and John are behaving more unusual than normal.
John Lennon and Bob Dylan's Magical Mystery Taxi Ride
This was part of a Bob Dylan movie filmed in '66, Eat the Document,
that never could get released. Hmm... I wonder why... The idea is that two of the greatest human intellects of all times:
John Lennon and Bob Dylan go for a ride in a taxi. However, they are stoned off their asses. Especially Dylan even though
this is before his high pitched gibberish phase that he is going through now. After a night of too much partying, Bob wants
the car to pull over because he is going to get sick. Meanwhile, John is trying to be on his best behavior, but you can tell
he is thinking "uh... awkward!"
Eat Your Heart Out, Johnny Depp!
This was George's appearance on Rutland Weekend Television. Rutland Weekend Television was Eric Idle, of Monty Python's,
show in the mid-seventies. As you can tell from the title, it was the launching pad for The Rutles, the ultimate Beatles
parody (I'm working on one that won't be half as good as it) which I still really need to see. George plays himself
as a drunken pirate. Other than Keith Richards, this could be an inspiration for Captain Jack Sparrow. At the end of the show,
George sings The Pirate Song, co-written by him and Eric Idle. This is one of my favorite George moments. Plus he looks
incredible sexy as a pirate, and in the white suit with the bell bottoms.
